1 Pizza crust
1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups grilled sliced chicken
1 sliced red Capsicum
1 sliced yellow Capsicum
1 medium sweet chilli pepper
1 medium hot chilli pepper, sliced
Heat oven to 400°.
Roll dough out onto cookie sheet and press until desired thickness.
Spread pizza sauce on top of dough and then sprinkle half the cheese over sauce.
Top with remaining ingredients and finish with the remaining cheese.
Bake pizza for 18 – 20 minutes, or until golden brown around edges.
Optional: Add a few pieces of red onion.
