4 baby bok choy (about ½ kg), split length-wise
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil with red pepper flakes to taste
Place the Baby Bok Choy in a steamer basket over simmering water.
Steam until the base of the Baby Bok Choy is just tender, about 6 minutes.
Blend the chives, soy sauce, lime juice, lime zest and sugar, together in a small bowl.
Place the Baby Bok Choy on a plate and drizzle the soy mixture then the spicy sesame oil and serve.
